Idaho Allows Constitutional Carry
#1
See this article

Idaho joins 9 other states that have done away with the notion that citizens must ask and receive permission of their local sheriff before they can carry a concelealed firearm.  A similar bill has no chance of passing in Colorado, IMHO.

I doubt it will ever go through here. This state becomes more left every year.

True. But part of me doesn't want to leave for two reasons:
1. I'm a native, and this is my home
2. If I left, those extreme leftist assholes will have won

I agree. This is my home. I won't leave the fight just to get away from the politics or people on the left. I may have to leave again for a year or so due to family reasons but I will always come back to my home.

I will admit I may have to leave on a permanent basis to Rapid City, South Dakota. It'll be for work reasons. I'm hoping my prospective boss will let me do the job remotely, cuz I sure don't want to leave.

I hope it works out for you. I was supposed to leave next month for a school in Idaho. I'm having trouble with my GI Bill though.

My kids are going back to Indiana this summer and possibly next school year with their mom. If I can't attend this school I will not be able to get the position I am after with my current employer. If that happens I'm thinking I will move to Indiana to be with the kids until I can bring them back here again.

This coming September, I also need to leave (going back to TX) but after that business is finished there (3 years or less hopefully), may be coming back here to CO, and possibly back to the Springs.

Some areas West of Denver look good, too, such as Ken Caryl Ranch/Littleton, and maybe even Boulder -- yes, it's liberal, but that's why they need more conservatives there, yes? ;-)
