Thanks Hanna, from you that's quite a complement.

BTW what lens set up are you using in post 11 that gives fish eye effect?

Come to think of it, the aspen trees in 17 all look bent. I THINK a fisheye lens would do that to parallel lines not converging on the center of the lens. Is that what happened?

Just got back from New Hampshire. Great colors, lousy light (bright overcast). These are straight from the camera, no retouching. Will probably be able to improve them a little when I get some time...

Draft horse weekend at the NWSS, I hope I'll have something to add here next week!

If anyone happens to be there this weekend, just look for a guy fawning over the Brabants (old world Belgians, not the tall, lanky ones they breed over on this side of the pond).

I have a lot of stock show pics. All are done with a cell phone though and not worth sharing in this thread.

OK but I have to clear up a technical point here.

Is it possible to take a bad picture of the Bells?

lol. only if you're a crappy photographer with no composition skills and your photo is blurry, tilted one direction, out of focus.

And there is a hirsute stinky hippy photobombing it.

Similar deal with Crater Lake, Oregon.
