NRA Bullseye Program
#1
I'm a long way from being ready to try qualifying for NRA certification as Marksman, Sharpshooter, or Expert, but I want to develop my skills with a handgun. I'm interested in the NRA Bullseye program and in getting some instruction, maybe even being sociable, and I'm interested in finding a club that sponsors NRA events, particularly the Bullseye program. Does anyone know about that, who I might contact, clubs that do that kind of thing in the Colorado Springs area, stuff like that?

Don't know about non-memebers: http://www.whistlingpinesgunclub.com/index.php/2012/06/bullseye-league-at-whistling-pines/

Bill, are you a member of any local club?

When seconds count, the police are mere minutes away...
They'll never take your "hunting rifle", they'll call it a "sniper rifle" first.
Gun registration is gun confiscation in slow motion.
Zero failures comes at infinite cost.
You are the FIRST responder. Police, fire and medical are SECOND responders.
By eliminating fear of guns you'll put fear back in criminals.

Unless the rules have changed (which they probably haven’t), non-members are allowed to compete in the Bullseye competitions at Whistling Pines. You will have to pay a little bit more than members, but it’s very minimal. The competitions are normally held in the spring and fall. Good Luck!!!
